Character's Backstory: Alexander Fuotal grew up in city 19, his father was a CWU and his mother owned a store selling food. His brother was the owner of Nelson Arms Corp. During his early life Alexander developed a strong hate for the resistance as his father was a combine loyalist, he was brainwashed from a young age. During a raid in the apartments his father was appointed DvL of CP as the previous DvLs Successor. His loyalty points were quickly stacked up and it wasn't long before people began trying to assassinate the DvL. During an uprising and whilst all CP Units were trying to contain the matter 1 Resistance member managed to sneak into the nexus with a 9MM he aimed at the DvL whilst he was doing paperwork... and fired. Alexander knew that he must avenge his father's death and take control as the DvL...

If you were on patrol and saw a man in a trenchcoat handing a shiny object to another citizen what would you do and what Sociostability Infractions are present in this scenario (Answering this correctly will improve your chance of joining MPF.) First I would ask the citizen that was given the object to face the wall, I would then call for backup. Then I would tie the suspect's hands and take him in, there he would be interrogated. The current sociostability infractions present are:
Not wearing standard civillian clothing
Possible Contraband Usage/Dealing.
